What is Wyler Assurance?
Wyler Assurance is a limited powertrain protection program available on select pre-owned vehicles at the Jeff Wyler Automotive Family. It adds extra confidence to your used vehicle purchase with limited powertrain coverage for a set time and mileage after you drive home.
How long does coverage last?
Wyler Assurance provides a 6-month or 6,000-mile limited powertrain warranty, whichever comes first. Qualifying repairs to covered powertrain components may be handled under the program terms, subject to conditions and exclusions.
What vehicles may qualify?
Vehicles must be 10 years old or newer, have fewer than 100,000 miles on the odometer, and pass a rigorous multi-point inspection and detailed reconditioning process.
Is there a deductible?
Yes. Covered repairs under the Wyler Assurance limited powertrain warranty have a $100 deductible, paid at the time of an approved repair. The remaining covered cost is handled according to the warranty terms.
Does it replace the manufacturer warranty?
No. Any remaining manufacturer warranty or existing service agreement takes precedence. Wyler Assurance complements those protections and only applies when they do not already cover the repair.
What is not covered?
Parts not covered include standard maintenance items and procedures, emission systems, and general appearance (body parts, trim, and glass). Additional limitations include misuse, abuse, alterations, lack of proper maintenance, acts of nature, commercial use, and other exclusions as stated in the full warranty terms. Tampering with or disconnecting the odometer voids coverage. Ask your dealership for the complete exclusions list.
